Creating a Relaxed Experience & Timeless Images You'll Treasure for a Lifetime

Your wedding photos should do more than document the day—they should bring you back to exactly how it felt. As an Arkansas wedding photographer, I help couples feel comfortable, supported, and fully present so the moments we capture feel genuine, joyful, and unmistakably you. From our first conversation to your final gallery, my goal is to make wedding photography one of the easiest parts of planning your day.

Why Couples Choose Around the Rock Photography

Instead of simply documenting your wedding, I believe your photographer should become one of the most calming and supportive parts of your day.

From our very first conversation to the moment you receive your gallery, my goal is to create an experience that feels effortless, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. I’ll guide you when you need direction, step back when moments naturally unfold, and help you stay present so you’re not spending your wedding day thinking about the camera.

Beautiful photographs are important, but they’re only part of the experience. I want you to leave your wedding saying, “That was so much easier, and so much more fun, than I expected.” Because years from now, I don’t just want you to love your photos. I want you to remember how it felt in that moment.

Genuine Moments

Beautiful portraits matter, but so do the quiet glances, happy tears, and laughter you never saw coming.

Support Every Step

From your engagement session to gallery delivery, you’ll always know what comes next.

Planning Guidance

Timeline recommendations, family photo planning, vendor collaboration, and years of experience to help your day flow smoothly.

A Relaxed Experience

You’ll never wonder what to do with your hands or feel awkward in front of the camera.

Arkansas Wedding Photography

Across the State

One of my favorite things about being an Arkansas wedding photographer is getting to celebrate love stories all across our incredible state.

I’ve photographed elegant downtown weddings in Little Rock, intimate mountain elopements overlooking Petit Jean, historic celebrations in Eureka Springs, and beautiful countryside weddings throughout Central Arkansas. Every venue has its own personality, and I love helping couples find the locations that fit their story best.

Conway & Cabot

As someone who grew up in Conway, it has a special place in my heart. Legacy Acres is one of my favorite local venues, offering multiple ceremony locations and beautiful scenery throughout the property. Just down the road in Cabot, Bella Terra Estate has become another favorite thanks to its gorgeous landscaping, incredible barn, and one of the most caring venue teams you’ll ever meet.

Little Rock

Little Rock has become one of my favorite places to photograph weddings, with venues like Rusty Tractor Vineyards, the Clinton Presidential Center, Chenal Country Club, and the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts offering completely different styles for every couple. Engagement sessions at Two Rivers Park are another favorite, especially during golden hour.

Hot Springs

Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens is easily one of the most breathtaking ceremony locations in Arkansas. I’ve also loved photographing celebrations at Crystal Ridge Distillery along with engagement sessions throughout Hot Springs National Park and downtown.

Arkansas Elopement Couple

Destination wedding Across Arkansas

Whether it’s a family property tucked away in the Ozarks, an intimate ceremony overlooking Petit Jean State Park, or a historic wedding at the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, I’m always excited to travel anywhere in Arkansas to tell your story.

Wedding Photography Packages

Designed Around Your Day

Instead of offering one-size-fits-all collections, I start by learning what matters most to you.

Every wedding is different, and one of the biggest questions couples have is, “How many hours do we actually need?” when comparing packages and photographers.

Rather than asking you to choose between preset packages, I start by learning about your wedding day, your priorities, and what’s most important to you. From there, I’ll recommend the coverage I truly believe fits your celebration, not because it’s the most expensive option, but because it’s the one that best tells your story.

Once you receive your recommendation, you’ll have the flexibility to customize it, adjust coverage, and add options like an engagement session or second photographer until it feels exactly right. Bellow are a few examples of some common options.

Every collection includes:

        What to expect

Planning a wedding comes with a lot of moving pieces, but your photography experience shouldn’t feel like one of them. From the moment you book, my goal is to make this process feel organized, relaxed, and enjoyable so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time looking forward to your wedding day.

Over the months leading up to your wedding, I’ll be here to help however I can. Whether you have questions about your timeline, need vendor recommendations, or want advice on getting the best lighting for your ceremony, you won’t have to figure it all out alone. If your collection includes an engagement or bridal session, we’ll plan that together too—giving you a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera long before the wedding day arrives.

As your wedding gets closer, we’ll finalize your timeline, family photo list, locations, and all the important details so nothing feels rushed or overlooked. By the time your day arrives, you’ll know exactly what to expect, allowing you to stay present and enjoy every moment with the people you love while I document it all.

After your wedding, you’ll receive a few sneak peeks to relive the excitement while the memories are still fresh. Then, within 8-12 weeks, your full gallery will arrive—filled with the big moments you remember and the little moments you may have missed. My hope is that every time you look through your photos, you’re transported right back to how your wedding day felt.

        Frequently Asked Questions About

        Wedding Photography in Arkansas

        Planning & Booking

How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?

The sooner, the better! Most couples book 9–18 months before their wedding, especially for popular spring and fall dates in Arkansas. If your date is available, I’d love to help you start planning right away.

Can we customize our wedding collection?

Absolutely! Every proposal is built around my recommendation, but you’ll have the flexibility to adjust coverage, add a second photographer, include a portrait experience, or choose the options that best fit your wedding day.

How do we know how many hours of coverage we need?

One of the biggest questions couples have is, “How many hours do we actually need?” That’s why I don’t ask you to guess. Instead, I’ll learn about your wedding day, timeline, and priorities, then recommend the coverage I truly believe fits your celebration. From there, you can customize your proposal until it feels just right.

        The Experience

We've never had professional photos taken. Will you help us pose?

Absolutely! Most of my couples tell me they’re nervous about being in front of the camera. You don’t need any modeling experience—I’ll guide you with natural prompts and gentle direction so you never have to wonder what to do. My goal is to create photos that feel genuine, not stiff or overly posed.

        What happens if it rains?

Rain doesn’t have to ruin your wedding photos. We’ll have backup plans in place, embrace the weather if you’re up for it, and make the most of whatever the day brings. Some of my favorite images have actually been created in unexpected weather!

Do you help us plan our wedding day timeline?

Yes! A well-planned timeline makes a huge difference in both your experience and your photos. I’ll help you build a photography timeline that allows the day to flow naturally while making sure we have time for everything that’s important to you.

        Wedding Day

        Do you travel throughout Arkansas?

Yes! I’m based in Central Arkansas and regularly photograph weddings throughout Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs, Cabot, Benton, Bryant, Northwest Arkansas, Eureka Springs, and destinations across the state. If your wedding is outside Arkansas, I’d love to hear about it too!

Should we do a first look?

There’s no right or wrong answer, it simply depends on the experience you want. I’ll walk you through the pros and cons of both options so you can decide what feels best for your day.

Do you photograph elopements & intimate weddings?

Absolutely! Whether you’re planning a large celebration or an intimate ceremony with just a few loved ones, I’m passionate about documenting your story in a way that feels authentic to you.

Do you offer a second photographer?

Yes! A second photographer can be a wonderful addition for larger weddings, multiple locations, or couples who want more candid moments and additional perspectives throughout the day. I’ll recommend one when I truly think it’ll benefit your wedding.

        After the wedding

When will we receive our photos?

You’ll receive a few sneak peeks shortly after your wedding, with your full gallery delivered within 8-12 weeks. Every image is carefully edited by me to ensure your gallery reflects the quality and care your memories deserve.

How many photos will we receive?

Every wedding is unique, so I don’t promise an exact number. My focus is on telling the complete story of your day rather than meeting a photo count. You’ll receive all of the meaningful moments, carefully curated and professionally edited. A good rule of thumb though is at least 50 images per hour.

Will we receive high resolution images?

Yes! Every wedding collection includes a beautifully organized online gallery where you can download your high-resolution images, share them with family and friends, and order professional-quality prints if you’d like.

        Peace of Mind

What happens if you're sick or there's an emergency?

In the extremely unlikely event that I couldn’t photograph your wedding due to a true emergency, I have a trusted network of professional photographers I can call on to ensure your day is still covered. Your memories are incredibly important to me, and I always have a backup plan.

What makes Around the Rock Photography different?

Beautiful photos are only part of the experience.

From helping build your timeline to guiding you naturally in front of the camera, my goal is to make wedding photography one of the easiest and most enjoyable parts of planning your day. I want you to walk away not only loving your images, but remembering how relaxed, supported, and present you felt while creating them.

Why don't you list traditional wedding packages?

Because no two wedding days are the same.

Rather than asking you to choose between preset collections, I take the time to learn what’s most important to you and recommend the coverage I truly believe fits your day. Most couples have never planned a wedding before, so I don’t expect you to know exactly how many hours you need. My job is to guide you through that decision, then give you the flexibility to customize your proposal from there.

Your Wedding Deserves More Than Beautiful Photos

It deserves an experience that lets you stay present, celebrate fully, and relive every meaningful moment for years to come. I’d love to hear your story and help you create a photography experience that’s completely centered around you.
