Arkansas + Beyond

elopement PHOTOGRAPHer

Say “I dO” without

The fuse

I am a firm believer that weddings are not one size fits all. Everyone has their own personalities and being the center of attention in a room full of people and performing traditions that you don’t believe it may not be what fits you.

Maybe you simply just want it to be an intimate moment with you and your partner. An exclusive moment designed with intension. It typically only happens once and if you want to incorporate others, there are unique ways to do so while still keeping it just you two.

I’m here to give the permission back to you. Make your wedding day one that means the most to you, not others!

Whether you want to explore the natural state or venture beyond, I’ll be by your Arkansas Elopement Photographer to help you plan your absolutely perfect wedding day.

What does it mean

to Elope?

Elopements aren’t running away to get secretly married, doesn’t have to be at the courthouse, and isn’t required to be just you two. That’s the old school thought, time to throw that out! An elopement is an intimate wedding (typically 20people or less) that is focused on you two and the covenant your making.

An elopement allows you to…

Z

Actually, focus just on the two of you and your relationship on the day you get married

Z

Shed the stress, anxiety, and pressures of a big performance or production

Z

Create a wedding day that actually reflects who you are as a couple

Just Imagine…

You know your wedding day deserves more than what a traditional wedding can offer. If you could imagine the BEST day from the time you got up to the time you went to bed, what would you see? What would you do?

Sunrise Hike & Winery

Enjoy a hike a sunrise hike at Mt. Nebo and enjoy your day exploring the vineyards to Altus, AR.

Coffee on the River & Waterfall Vows

Wake up to the early fog on the Little Red River for first look and exchange vows on under a rock ledged waterfall.

Buffalo Bluff & Picnicing

Hold hands, exchange vows at Steel Creek, and have a day picnic overlooking the buffalo river. ***Unlike many locations, Steel Creek does require a permit**

The exciting

Process

If you’ve looked through my photos, got to know me and our budgets align, it may be time to make the next move, booking me as your elopement photographer. Here is what my process looks like so you know exactly what to expect.

1

Get in Touch

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll feel out a contact form. Please include any additional questions you may have and any plans you’ve already considered. I’ll reply with any answers and some questions to determine how much coverage you’d like for the day.

2

Proposal

Once we’ve discussed coverage, I’ll email a proposal that will include the elopement package details, a contract and an online payment portal. 25% Nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date. If other arrangements need to be made, please let me know.

3

The Details

Once the contract is signed and your deposit has been made, you’re date is locked in. We’ll jump on a call to discuss your vision for your day, anything I can help you with and brainstorming ideas to make the day special to you guys.

4

Celbebrate

I’ll be in touch leading up to your day with resources that may be helpful. A week out I’ll send over a drafted timeline & details list beforehand. Then from there, it’s your goal to soak in every moment and I’ll capture it as your elopement photographer.

Frequent Questions

Below are some common questions I get as an elopement photographer. I want to make this process as easy as possible so if there is anything else that comes to mind, don’t hestitate to reach out!

What's the turn around time?

For an elopement, there are typically several hundred photos to hand-edit so the turnaround time is a bit longer. It can take up to 2 months to receive your full gallery, however, I know how excited and anxious we can all get waiting to get those back so I also include a sneak peek a week after the session.

How many images do you recieve?

There’s no exact number as I deliver all the best images for your wedding day. However, a good rule of thumb is around 50 photos for every hour of shoot time. If your wedding has 4 hours of coverage 200 photos would be estimated for delivery, if your day had 8 hours of coverage 400 photos would be the estimate.

Is there a travel fee?

No, your price quoted above covers the whole state of Arkansas. If you are interested in hiring me for a destination elopement, additional arrangements will be made including travel.
